Common use of Interest Deferral Notice Clause in Contracts

Interest Deferral Notice. To initiate or extend a Deferral Period the Company shall give the Trustee written notice of its election to begin or extend a Deferral Period at least 10 Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date on which such interest would otherwise be payable, and the notice shall indicate the Interest Payment Date on which the Deferral Period will end. Subject to the limitations of Section 2.2(b), prior to the termination of any Deferral Period, the Company may elect to extend such deferral period to a later Interest Payment Date of the Notes. The Trustee shall give a copy of such notice to Holders of the Company’s election to begin or extend a Deferral Period to Holders.
