Common use of Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio. Borrowers shall not permit the Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio to be less than (a) on December 31, 1999, .80 to 1.00, (b) from January 1, 2000 though January 31, 2000, .85 to 1.00, (c) from February 1, 2000 through February 29, 2000, 1.30 to 1.00, and (d) from and after March 1, 2000, 1.35 to 1.00.

Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio. Borrowers shall not permit the Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio to be less than (a) on December 31, 1999, .80 to 1.00, (b) from January 1, 2000 though January March 31, 2000, .85 to 1.00, and (c) from February 1, 2000 through February 29, 2000, 1.30 to 1.00, and (d) from and after March April 1, 2000, 1.35 to 1.00."

Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio. Borrowers Borrower shall not permit the Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio to be less than (a) on December 311.50 to 1.00 from the Closing Date through September 29, 1999, .80 to 1.00, (b) 1.02 to 1.00 from September 30, 1999, through January 1, 2000 though January 3130, 2000, .85 to 1.00, (c) 1.55 to 1.00 from February 1January 31, 2000 through February 29March 30, 2000, 1.30 to 1.00, and (d) 1.35 to 1.00 from and after March 131, 2000, 1.35 to 1.00."
