Common use of Interest Election Requests Clause in Contracts

Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone (i) in the case of a conversion to or a continuation of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed conversion or continuation or (ii) in the case of a conversion to an ABR Borrowing, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, one Business Day before the date of the proposed conversion. Each such telephonic Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, electronic mail or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit C and signed by the Borrower.
