Common use of Interest Election Requests Clause in Contracts

Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone, facsimile or e-mail by the time that a Borrowing Request would be required under Section 2.03 if the Borrower were requesting a Borrowing of the Type resulting from such election to be made on the effective date of such election. Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and, in the case of a telephonic Interest Election Request, shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or e-mail to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit C and signed by the Borrower. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall not be permitted to (i) change the currency of any Borrowing or (ii) elect an Interest Period for a LIBOR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing that, in the case of this clause (b), does not comply with Section 2.02(c).
