Common use of Interest Election Requests Clause in Contracts

Interest Election Requests. To make an election pursuant to this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such election by telephone, fax (or transmit by electronic communication, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent) (i) in the case of a Eurodollar Tranche, not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, three Business Days before the first day of the Interest Period related to such Tranche and (ii) in the case of an ABR Tranche, not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the same Business Day of the proposed conversion or continuation. Each such telephonic (or electronic communication) Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in substantially the form of Exhibit C and signed by the Borrower.
