Interest for Account of Swingline Lender. The Administrative Agent shall be responsible for invoicing the applicable Borrower Party for interest on the Swingline Loans. Until each Lender Group funds its Syndicated Loans or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.07 to refinance such Lender Group’s share of any Swingline Loan, interest in respect of such share shall be solely for the Administrative Agent for the account of the Swingline Lender.
