Common use of Interest Holder Privileges Clause in Contracts

Interest Holder Privileges. In the event of any Landlord’s Default, Tenant shall give written notice thereof to Landlord and to any Interest Holder whose address shall have been furnished to Tenant, such notice to be delivered to said Interest Holder at the same time notice is delivered to Landlord. Tenant shall offer such Interest Holder the same opportunity to cure the default as Landlord is entitled, and Tenant shall forbear in the exercise of any rights or remedies in the interim.
