Common use of Interest Holders Clause in Contracts

Interest Holders. The Agent may treat each Lender, or the Person designated in the last notice filed with the Agent under this Section 9.2, as the holder of all of the interests of such Lender in its Loans and in its Notes until written notice of transfer, signed by such Lender (or the Person designated in the last notice filed with the Agent) and by the Person designated in such written notice of transfer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, shall have been filed with the Agent.

Interest Holders. The Agent Agents may treat each Lender, Lender or the Person designated in the last notice filed with the Agent it under this Section 9.2Section, as the holder of all of the interests of such Lender in its Loans and in its Notes respect of this Agreement, until written notice of transfera sale, assignment, transfer or grant pursuant to Section 10.18, signed by such Lender (or the Person person designated in the last notice filed with the Agent) and by the Person designated in such written notice of transfer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, shall have has been filed with the Administrative Agent.
