Common use of Interest if No Notice of Selection of Interest Rate Basis Clause in Contracts

Interest if No Notice of Selection of Interest Rate Basis. If the Borrower fails to give the Administrative Agent timely notice of its selection of a LIBOR Basis, or if for any reason a determination of a LIBOR Basis for any Advance is not timely concluded, the Base Rate Basis shall apply to such Advance. If the Borrower fails to give the Administrative Agent timely notice of its selection of an Interest Period for any LIBOR Advance then an Interest Period of one (1) month shall apply to such LIBOR Advance.
