Interest if No Notice of Selection of Interest Rate Basis. If the Borrower fails to give the Administrative Lender timely notice of its selection of a LIBOR Basis or an Interest Period for a LIBOR Advance, or if for any reason a determination of a LIBOR Basis for any Advance is not timely concluded due to the fault of the Borrower, the appropriate Base Rate Basis shall apply to such Advance.
