Common use of Interest in Cash or in Kind Clause in Contracts

Interest in Cash or in Kind. Holder shall be entitled to receive, and Borrower shall pay, cumulative interest on the outstanding principal amount of this Debenture at the annual rate of twelve percent (12%) (as subject to increase as set forth in this Debenture) from the Original Issue Date through the Maturity Date. Interest shall be payable on the Maturity Date or when all amounts outstanding in connection with this Debenture shall be paid or shall otherwise be due and payable.
