Common use of Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers Clause in Contracts

Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.25, none of the Sellers nor any Affiliates of the foregoing, have any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Business.

Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.256.21, none of the Sellers nor any of their respective Affiliates of the foregoing, have any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of the BusinessBusinesses. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.21, none of the Sellers nor any of their respective Affiliates have any ownership interest in any competitor of any of the Businesses whose operations are located within a twenty (20) mile radius of any of the Premises.

Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.253.23, none of the Sellers nor any Affiliates of the foregoing, have has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the BusinessCompany.
