Common use of Interest in Competitors Clause in Contracts

Interest in Competitors. Except for any interest held directly or indirectly by those officers and directors set forth in the Company SEC Reports or interests held by Affiliates of Micro Investment, neither the Company nor any of its officers or, to the best of its knowledge, directors, has any interest, either by way of contract or by way of investment (other than as holder of not more than 2% of the outstanding capital stock of a publicly traded Person) or otherwise, directly or indirectly, in any Person other than the Company that (i) provides any services or designs, produces or sells any product or product lines or engages in any activity similar to or competitive with any activity currently proposed to be conducted by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or (ii) has any direct or indirect interest in any asset or property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, of the Company or its Subsidiaries.
