Common use of Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors Clause in Contracts

Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.25, neither the Seller, nor any Affiliate, spouse or child ------------- of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Seller, or in any person from whom or to whom the Seller leases any property, or in any other person with whom the Seller is doing business.

Interest in Customers, Suppliers and Competitors. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.253.24, neither the Seller, nor any Affiliate, spouse or child ------------- of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Seller, or in any person from whom or to whom the Seller leases any property, or in any other person with whom the Seller is doing business.

Except as set forth in Schedule 3.256.19, neither the Seller nor any officer or director of Seller, nor nor, to Seller's knowledge, any Affiliate, spouse or child ------------- of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Seller, Seller or in any person from whom or to whom the Seller leases any property, or in any other person with whom the Seller is doing businessbusiness (excluding ownership of less than 10% of any corporation or other entity traded publicly).

Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.252.13, neither the Sellers nor any officer, director or key employee of any Seller, nor any Affiliatespouse, spouse child or child ------------- of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer Affiliate of any of them, has any direct or indirect ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Seller, their business or in any person from whom or to whom the any Seller leases any real or personal property, or in any other person with whom the any Seller is doing business, except for interests of less than two percent held in publicly traded companies.

Except as set forth in Schedule 3.25Exhibit 3.17 hereof, neither the Seller nor any employee of Seller, nor any Affiliate, spouse or child ------------- of the Seller, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of any of them, has any direct or indirect interest in any competitor, supplier supplier, or customer of the Seller, Seller or in any person from whom or to whom the Seller leases any real or personal property, or in any other person with whom the Seller is doing business.
