Common use of Interest in or Control of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Interest in or Control of Accounts. No person or entity other than Customer has, nor during the term of this Agreement will have, any ownership interest of ten percent or more in any Account, and no person other than Customer and Advisor, if any, has or will have any control over any Account, except as otherwise disclosed to Goldman in writing.
