INTEREST IN PROFITS AND LOSSES. Removal, resignation or withdrawal of the General Partner shall not affect the interest of the General Partner in the profits and losses and in the distributions of the Partnership as specified in Article 6 of this Agreement. Such interest, in the event of the continuation of the business of the Partnership following removal of the General Partner, may be treated and continue to be treated in all respects as a Limited Partner's interest and the Certificate of Limited Partnership shall be amended accordingly. 8.6.5
