Common use of Interest in Project Site Clause in Contracts

Interest in Project Site. As a condition of the Loan, the Governmental Agency will demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Authority before advertising for bids for construction that the Governmental Agency has or will have a fee simple or such other estate or interest in the site of the Project, including necessary easements and rights-of-way, as the Authority finds sufficient to assure undisturbed use and possession for the purpose of construction and operation of the Project for the estimated life of the Project.
