Common use of Interest in Revenues Clause in Contracts

Interest in Revenues. Except as disclosed in the Offering Documents, no director, officer, employee or any other person not dealing at arm’s length with the Company, or any known associate or affiliate of the foregoing persons or companies, owns, has or is entitled to any royalty, net profits interest, carried interest, licensing fee, or any other encumbrances or claims of any nature whatsoever which are based on the revenues of the Company, except for claims in the ordinary and normal course of the business of the Company such as for accrued vacation pay or other amounts or matters which would not be material to the Company.
