Common use of INTEREST, OFFSETS Clause in Contracts

INTEREST, OFFSETS. Except only as expressly provided otherwise herein, all funds of any Borrower which are deposited with Lender as Reserves hereunder shall be held by Lender in one or more Permitted Investments. Lender is authorized to commingle any of the Reserves with each other and with any other funds held by Lender. All interest which accrues on the Reserves shall be taxable to Borrowers and shall be added to and disbursed in the same manner and under the same conditions as the principal sum on which said interest accrued.
