Interest on Advances; Calculation of Outstanding Advances with Respect to a Mortgage Loan. Any unreimbursed Advance funded from the Master Servicer's, the Trustee's or the Fiscal Agent's own funds shall accrue interest on a daily basis, at a per annum rate equal to the Advance Rate, from and including the date such Advance was made to but not including the date on which such Advance has been reimbursed; provided, however, that neither the Master Servicer nor any other party shall be entitled to interest accrued on the amount of any P&I Advance with respect to any Mortgage Loan for the period commencing on the date of such P&I Advance and ending on the day on which the grace period applicable to the related Mortgagor's obligation to make the related Scheduled Payment expires pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan documents. For purposes of determining whether a P&I Advance is outstanding, amounts collected with respect to a particular Mortgage Loan or REO Property and treated as collections of principal or interest shall be applied first to reimburse the earliest P&I Advance and then each succeeding P&I Advance to the extent not inconsistent with Section 4.
