Common use of Interest on any Notes becoming Clause in Contracts

Interest on any Notes becoming. liable to repayment shall cease to accrue as from the due date for repayment of the Notes unless, against due delivery of those Notes for repayment, payment of the principal and interest payable is not made by the Company on the due date (in which case interest will continue to accrue until, but excluding, the date of actual payment).
