Common use of Interest on Capital Contributions or Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Interest on Capital Contributions or Capital Accounts. No interest shall be paid to any Member based solely on its Capital Contributions or Capital Account. The preceding sentence shall not prevent the Company from earning interest on its bank accounts and investments and distributing such earnings to the Member in accordance with Articles VI and VII.
