Interest on Competitive Absolute Rate Loans. Each Competitive Absolute Rate Loan shall bear interest from the date of such Competitive Absolute Rate Loan to (but excluding) its Maturity Date, payable in arrears on the date such Loan is repaid, at a rate per annum (on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days involved) equal to the Competitive Advance Rate applicable to such Competitive Absolute Rate Loan.
