Interest on Sums Advanced Sample Clauses

Interest on Sums Advanced. All sums paid by Landlord and all costs and expenses, including all reasonable legal fees, incurred by Landlord pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum (but not in excess of the rate which would constitute usury) from the respective dates of Landlord’s payments of such sums or incurring of such costs or expenses, shall constitute Additional Rent payable by Tenant under this Lease and shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord on demand.
