Common use of Interest on the Revolving Facility Clause in Contracts

Interest on the Revolving Facility. Commencing May 1, 2010, and continuing until the later of the expiration of the Term and the Payment in Full and full performance of all of the Obligations and termination of this Agreement, interest on outstanding Advances under the Revolving Facility shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of each calendar month at an annual rate of LIBOR plus 4.25% in accordance with the procedures provided for in Section 2.4 and Section 5.1; provided, however, that, notwithstanding any provision of any Loan Document, for the purpose of calculating interest at any time hereunder, the LIBOR shall be not less than 2.0%, in each case calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and for the actual number of calendar days elapsed in each interest calculation period.
