Common use of Interest on Unpaid Interest Clause in Contracts

Interest on Unpaid Interest. If Interest is not paid in respect of a Class A-2 Note on the date when due and payable (other than because the due date is not a Business Day), that unpaid Interest shall itself bear interest at the relevant Interest Rate applicable from time to time to the relevant Class A-2 Notes until the unpaid Interest, and interest on it, is available for payment and notice of that availability has been duly given in accordance with Condition 12 "Notices".
