Common use of Interest Payment Dates for the Securities Clause in Contracts

Interest Payment Dates for the Securities. The Interest Payment Dates for the 3.700% Senior Notes due 2030 shall be January 15 and July 15 in each year, commencing January 15, 2021, and the Interest Payment Dates for the 4.250% Senior Notes due 2050 shall be April 15 and October 15 in each year, commencing October 15, 2020, continuing until the Principal Amount of each series of Securities is paid in full or made available for payment in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Securities of such series.

Interest Payment Dates for the Securities. The Interest Payment Dates for the 3.7004.600% Senior Notes due 2030 2053 shall be January 15 May 1 and July 15 November 1 in each year, commencing January 15November 1, 2021, and the Interest Payment Dates for the 4.250% Senior Notes due 2050 shall be April 15 and October 15 in each year, commencing October 15, 20202022, continuing until the Principal Amount of each series of Securities is paid in full or made available for payment in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Securities of such series.

The Interest Payment Dates for the 3.7002.375% Senior Notes due 2030 2021, the 2.800% Senior Notes due 2023 and the 3.800% Senior Notes due 2048 shall be January 15 and July 15 in each year, commencing January July 15, 20212018, and the Interest Payment Dates for the 4.2503.250% Senior Notes due 2050 2028 shall be April 15 and October 15 in each year, commencing October April 15, 20202018, and, in each case, continuing until the Principal Amount of each series of Securities is paid in full or made available for payment in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Securities of such series.
