Common use of Interest Payment Dates for the Securities Clause in Contracts

Interest Payment Dates for the Securities. The Interest Payment Dates for the 1.650% Senior Notes due 2031 shall be May 15 and November 15 in each year, commencing May 15, 2021 , and the Interest Payment Dates for the 2.850% Senior Notes due 2051 shall be May 15 and November 15 in each year, commencing May 15, 2021, continuing until the Principal Amount of each series of Securities is paid in full or made available for payment in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Securities of such series.

The Interest Payment Dates for the 1.6504.050% Senior Notes due 2031 2025 shall be May April 15 and November October 15 in each year, commencing May October 15, 2021 , and the Interest Payment Dates for the 2.850% Senior Notes due 2051 shall be May 15 and November 15 in each year, commencing May 15, 20212020, continuing until the Principal Amount of each series of Securities is paid in full or made available for payment in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Securities of such seriesSecurities.
