INTEREST RATE AND INTEREST CALCULATION METHOD. The annual rate of the Entrusted Loan shall be 6.138%. If the Entrustor and the Borrower agree to adjust the interest rate of or change the interest calculation method for the Entrusted Loan during the term of this Contract, the Entrustor shall inform the Entrustee such adjustment or change in writing. The interest shall accrue on the basis of the adjusted interest rate from the workday immediately following the date the Entrustee receives such notice from the Entrustor.
