Common use of Interest Rate Determination Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Determination. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to the Borrower and the Lenders of the applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of Section 3.05(b)(i) or (ii).
