Common use of Interest Rate Determination Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Determination. The Administrative Agent shall determine the interest rate applicable to Loans and shall give prompt notice to the Borrower and the Lenders of such determination, and its determination thereof shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
