Common use of Interest Rate Determinations Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Determinations. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to (i) the Borrower and the Banks, of any applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of Section 5.07 and the applicable interest rate under Section 5.07(b) and Section 5.07(c) and (ii) the Borrower and each Bank that is to make a Eurocurrency Bid Rate Advance or a EURIBOR Bid Rate Advance in connection with any Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing, of the applicable rate, if any, determined by the Administrative Agent for determining the applicable Eurocurrency Bid Rate or EURIBOR Bid Rate with respect to such Advance.
