Interest Rate Fixing. 4.5.1. If, pursuant to this Bond Agreement, the Coupon shall be adjusted during the term of the Bonds, any adjustments shall be carried out by the Bond Trustee. The Bondholders, the Issuer, the Paying Agent and the Exchange shall be notified of the new Coupon applicable until the next Coupon Date.
