Common use of Interest Rate Hedgxx Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Hedgxx. Xxe payment and performance of any and all present or future obligations of Debtor according to the terms of any present or future interest rate or currency rate swap, rate cap, rate floor, rate collar, exchange transaction, forward rate agreement, or other exchange rate protection agreements or any option with respect to any such transaction now existing or hereafter entered into between Debtor, any Subsidiary of Debtor, and one or more parties constituting any Lender (or any affiliate of any Lender).
