Interest Rates and Payment Dates for Committed Rate Loans. (a) Each Committed Rate Eurocurrency Loan shall bear interest for each day during each Interest Period with respect thereto at a rate per annum equal to the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin.
