Common use of Interest/Rent Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Interest/Rent Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will maintain, as of the end of each Test Period, commencing with the Test Period ended on September 30, 2019, an Interest/Rent Coverage Ratio of not less than the Interest/Rent Coverage Ratio set forth below for such Test Period:
