Interest Transferred. A first priority perfected security interest in the Contract, the Payments due under the Contract, and each Obligor Guaranty related to the Contract, free of all liens, claims or security interests, and valid security interest superior to the rights of all others in the Collateral, and all proceeds thereof, shall be vested in Secured Party by the Assignment executed by Debtor relating to the Contract.
