Common use of Interested Persons Clause in Contracts

Interested Persons. It is understood that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Funds are or may be or become interested in the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Funds, and that the Sub-Advisor, the Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Funds as a shareholder or otherwise.

Interested Persons. It is understood that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Funds Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundsFund, and that the Sub-Advisor, the Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Funds Fund as a shareholder or otherwise.

Interested Persons. It is understood (i) that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Funds each Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and otherwise, (ii) that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fundsa Fund, and (iii) that the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor, the Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor are or may be or become interested in the Funds a Fund as a shareholder or otherwise.

It is understood that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Funds Portfolio are or may be or become interested in the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundsPortfolio, and that the Sub-Advisor, the Advisor or the Japan Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Funds Portfolio as a shareholder or otherwise.
