Common use of Interested Persons Clause in Contracts

Interested Persons. It is understood that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder or otherwise.

Interested Persons. It is understood that Directorstrustees, officers, agents and shareholders stockholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor Adviser (or the Sub-Advisor any successor thereof) as directorstrustees, officers officers, agents, stockholders or otherwise and otherwise; that directorstrustees, officers officers, agents, and stockholders of the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor Adviser are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder trustees, officers, agents, stockholders or otherwise; and that the Adviser (or any such successor) is or may be interested in the Trust as stockholder or otherwise.

Interested Persons. It is understood that Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Fund Funds are or may be or become interested in the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the FundFunds, and that the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Fund Funds as a shareholder or otherwise.

Interested Persons. It is understood that the Directors, officers, and shareholders of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the U.K. Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the U.K. Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor or the U.K. Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder or otherwise.

It Subject to applicable statutes and regulations, it is understood that Directorsdirectors, officers, officers and shareholders agents of the Fund are or may be or become interested in the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor as directors, officers officers, shareholders, agents or otherwise and that the directors, officers officers, shareholders and stockholders agents of the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Fund, and that the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder directors, officers, agents or otherwise.
