Common use of Interests Beneficial Only Clause in Contracts

Interests Beneficial Only. The ownership of a Litigation Trust Interest shall not entitle any Litigation Trust Beneficiary to any title in or to the Litigation Trust Assets (which title shall be vested in the Litigation Trust) or to any right to call for a partition or division of the Litigation Trust Assets or to require an accounting.
