Common use of Interests Beneficial Only Clause in Contracts

Interests Beneficial Only. The ownership of a beneficial interest hereunder shall not entitle any Trust Beneficiary to any title in or to the Trust Assets as such (which title shall be vested in the Liquidation Trustee) or to any right to call for a partition or division of Trust Assets or to require an accounting.
