Common use of Interests Beneficial Only Clause in Contracts

Interests Beneficial Only. The ownership of a beneficial interest in the Trust shall not entitle any Beneficiary to any title in or to the assets of the Trust as such (which title shall be vested in the Liquidating Trustees) or to any right to call for a partition or division of the assets of the Trust or to require an accounting or give standing to direct the Liquidating Trustees to do or not to do any act or to institute any action or proceeding upon or with respect to the assets of the Trust, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, or the GSA, or the Plan.
