Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Other than the Operator entities and except as set forth on Schedule 8(h), or in Schedule 1(a) as constituting a part of the Facilities, Seller does not have any interest in any property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of Seller or the Facilities.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.32 and except for passive investments in securities of publicly-traded companies, representing less than five percent of the issued and outstanding capital stock of such companies, neither Quantime nor any of the Quantime Insiders nor any officer or director of Quantime or Subsidiary or any entity controlled by or under common control with either Quantime or Subsidiary has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of either Quantime or Subsidiary or any property used in the operation of either of their businesses.

Other than the Operator and except as set forth on Schedule 8(h), or in Schedule 1(a) as constituting a part of the Facility, neither Seller nor SHI has any interest in any property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of Seller or the Facility.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Other than the Operator, and except as set forth on Schedule 8(h), or in Schedule 1(a) as constituting a part of the Facility, neither Seller nor any of its members has any interest in any property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of Seller or the Facility within a five (5) mile radius of the Seller as further provided in Section 25 of this Agreement.

Other than the Operator entities and except as set forth on Schedule 8(h), or in Schedule 1(a) as constituting a part of the Facility, neither Seller nor any of its members has any interest in any property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any supplier or customer of Seller or the Facility or any competitor of the Facility which is located within a radius of ten miles.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. None of the Shareholders nor any officer or director of Clear Software or any entity controlled by or under common control with Clear Software has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of Clear Software or any property used in the operation of its businesses.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Neither the Shareholders nor any officer or director of Surveycraft or Subsidiary nor any entity controlled by or under common control with Surveycraft or either Subsidiary has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of Surveycraft or either Subsidiary or any property used in the operation of either of their businesses.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Other than the Operator entities and the owners and operators of the Bxxxxxx Xxxxx facility in Medford, Oregon and the Pioneer Village facility in Jacksonville, Oregon, and except as set forth on Schedule 8(h), or in Schedule 1(a) as constituting a part of the Facility, neither Seller nor any of its general partners has any interest in any property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of Seller or the Facility.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 8.8 hereto, neither PropCo Seller nor any of its members has any interest in any Property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of PropCo Seller or the Facilities.
(b) Except as set forth in Schedule 8.8 hereto, neither OpCo Seller nor any of its members has any interest in any Property used in the operation of, or holds an interest in, any competitor, supplier or customer of OpCo Seller or the Facilities.
Interests in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. No officer or director of DataStat or any entity controlled by or under common control with DataStat has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of DataStat or any property used in the operation of the business of DataStat, as same may relate to the Assets.
