Common use of Interests in Competitors Clause in Contracts

Interests in Competitors. Neither Parent nor Merger Sub owns any interest(s), nor do any of their respective Affiliates insofar as such Affiliate-owned interests would be attributed to Parent or Merger Sub under the HSR Act or any Foreign Competition Law, in any Person that derives a substantial portion of its revenues from a line of business within the principal lines of business of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

Interests in Competitors. Neither As of the date of this Agreement, neither Parent nor Merger Sub owns any interest(s)interest, nor do any of their respective Affiliates insofar as such Affiliate-owned interests would be attributed to Parent or Merger Sub under the HSR Act or any Foreign Competition LawAct, in any entity or Person that derives a substantial portion of its revenues revenue from a line of business within that competes with the Company’s principal lines of business of business. Parent will promptly update the Company concerning any such interest that it or any Company Subsidiaryof its Affiliates acquires after the date hereof.

Interests in Competitors. Neither As of the date hereof, neither Parent nor Merger Sub owns any interest(s)interest, nor do any of their respective Affiliates insofar as such Affiliate-owned interests would be attributed to or require disclosure by Parent or Merger Sub under the HSR Act or any Foreign Competition LawAct, in any Person that derives a substantial portion of its revenues revenue from a line of business within that competes with the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ principal lines of business of business. Parent will promptly update the Company concerning any such interest that it or any Company Subsidiaryof its Affiliates acquires after the date hereof.
