Interests of Parties on Condemnation. If the Premises or any part thereof shall be taken for public purpose by condemnation as a result of any action or proceeding in eminent domain or shall be transferred in lieu of condemnation to any authority entitled to exercise the power of eminent domain, the interests of Landlord and Tenant in the award or consideration for such transfer, and the allocation of the award and the other effect of the taking or transfer upon this Lease, shall be as provided in this Article 9.
