Save as disclosed in schedule 1, the Company has no: (a) interest in the share capital of, or other investment in, any body corporate; (b) interest in any partnership, joint venture, consortium or other unincorporated association or arrangement for sharing profit or losses; or (c) branch, agency, place of business or permanent establishment outside the United Kingdom or substantial assets outside the United Kingdom.
