INTERFERENCE WITH EQUIPMENT. The Customer shall not, and shall ensure that its agents, employees and invitees do not, interfere in any way with the Plant and/or Apparatus (including, without limitation, Metering) owned by the TAO, or the Company, and operated by the Company without the consent of the Company except in accordance with the Operating Instructions. The Company shall not, and shall ensure that its agents, employees and invitees do not, interfere in any way with the Customer’s Plant and/or Apparatus (including, without limitation, Metering) without the consent of the Customer, except in accordance with the Operating Instructions
