Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement. To the extent not specifically set forth in this Investment Pool Information Certificate, the terms of the [Class] [Portfolio] and the rights of the [Class] [Portfolio] Participants shall be governed by the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement of which this Investment Pool Information Certificate is deemed to be an integral part.
