Interim Consolidated Statements. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each quarter of each fiscal year of Guarantor, a copy of the Form 10-Q of Guarantor, for such quarter, prepared in accordance with the rules, regulations and guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission and including therein the consolidated financial statements of Guarantor, subject to normal year end audit adjustments and the absence of footnotes.
