Interim Control of DEMS Systems. Without limiting Section 7 hereof, between the date of this Agreement and the Closing, Associated shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct, or attempt to control, supervise or direct, the operation of the DEMS Systems of FirstMark and its Affiliates, and the operations of FirstMark and its Affiliates shall be the sole responsibility of Contributor and FirstMark and its Affiliates.
