Interim Distributions Based on Estimates. To the extent that the Fund makes interim distributions prior to the end of any Fiscal Year, such distributions are provisional and may be made based upon estimates of the Manager of the results of operations of the Fund for the balance of the Fiscal Year, subject to a true-up at the end of such Fiscal Year. To the extent that the Fund subsequently determines that any amounts were improperly distributed, and not repaid to the Fund by any Shareholder, the Fund may take such action as the Manager shall determine to recover such amounts, including, without limitation, to offset any amounts of future distributions to such Shareholder to satisfy such repayment obligation.
