The Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall at no time have any responsibility for or with respect to the sufficiency of the Interim Trust Loans; the validity or completeness of the assignment to the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee of legal title to any Interim Trust Loan on behalf and for the benefit of the Seller; the performance or enforcement (except as expressly set forth in the Purchase Agreement or the Sale Agreement) of any Interim Trust Loan; the compliance by the Seller or the Servicer with any warranty or representation made under any Basic Document or in any related document or the accuracy of any such warranty or representation or any action or inaction of the Administrator, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer or any subservicer taken in the name of the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee.
