Common use of Interim Equitable Relief Clause in Contracts

Interim Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Interim Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.29.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14ARTICLE 9, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators arbitrator to review the decision under this Section 14.29.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.221.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 1421, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.221.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.213.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 1413, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief or bring an action in aid of arbitration in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability opportunity of the arbitrators arbitrator to review the decision under this Section 14.213.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.2Clause 21.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 1421, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.2Clause 21.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.215.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 1415, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.215.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.215.3, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14Section 15.3, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability opportunity of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.215.3. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Interim Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 14.1 or this Section 14.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article ARTICLE 14, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the Dispute pending the ability arbitrators’ final resolution of the arbitrators to review the decision such Dispute under this Section 14.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.216.3.2 (Arbitration), in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14Section 16.3 (Dispute Resolution), such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.216.3.2 (Arbitration). Such court shall will have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Interim Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.213.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 1413, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability opportunity of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.213.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary in this Section 14.2contrary, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14ARTICLE 16 (Dispute Resolution), such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.2ARTICLE 16 (Dispute Resolution). Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.2, 12.2 in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14, Section 12.2 such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable reliefjurisdiction.

Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14.214.3, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 14, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability opportunity of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 14.214.3. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.

Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes Disputed Matters beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.
